Keith and Henri set out to find ways to answer the question: Why is it that so many organizations of all stripes are filled with disengaged workers, dysfunctional groups, and wasted ideas?

Collaborating, they found and developed Liberating Structures, microstructures that anyone can use at any level of an organization to start to change how we relate and work together.
